If you’re calling from outside the UK regarding a booking make on www.hotelopia.co.uk , telephone 00359 2 460 2161.

If you would rather contact our Customer Service department by email, then log onto www.hotelopia.co.uk and click on “contact us.”

You will then be asked if your query is in relation to:

•    Information
•    Modification/Cancellation
•    Complaints/Claims
•    Suggestions and Recommendations
Click on the relevant link on the website and fill in the info.  This will be immediately directed to the relevant people who will then get back to you.

We will attend to your query as soon as possible, so please do not email our HR, Affiliate or PR email addresses listed on this page with booking queries!!! We have to leave them to work on other stuff!
